  • Registration implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Attendance and Commitment

  • Students must attend sessions on time as scheduled.

  • If a student cannot attend, prior notice should be given to the instructor or administration.

  • Repeated unexcused absences may lead to suspension or cancellation of enrollment.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain Islamic manners and respect during sessions.

  • Any inappropriate behavior, speech, or disruption will not be tolerated.

  • The academy reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student violating these guidelines without refund.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Fees vary by program and age group and are due at the beginning of each course.

  • Fees are non-refundable after course commencement, except in exceptional cases approved by the administration.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile wallets (e.g., Vodafone Cash), or other approved methods.

6. Certificates of Appreciation

  • Certificates may be awarded to outstanding students based on performance, consistency, and assessments.

  • Receiving a certificate is subject to evaluation and not automatically granted.

7. Privacy Policy

  • The academy is committed to protecting student data and will not share personal information with third parties.

  • Photos or video clips may be used for promotional purposes only with prior consent.

8. Policy Updates

The academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any major changes.
